Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse--we have no control over your package during transit and do not cover lost or damaged packages unless you purchased the shipping protection.
For just $0.98--you can add on USA shipping protection to cover your package incase the shipping carrier loses it or damages it during transit.
Once the shipping carrier completes their investigation and confirms it can't be found or that they damaged it--then we will re-ship you the products in your order free of charge!
If you don't want the shipping protection--just remove it from your cart. But to have your order protected incase there's an unsuccessful delivery with the shipping carrier--make sure the USA shipping protection shows "on" in your cart and double check you purchased it on your order summary as well.
Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase but due to our recent growth spurt during holidays & sitewide sales please allow up to 3-5 business days to process some orders before shipping. Once shipped it will arrive in 3-5 business days for all U.S orders.
If you need faster shipping--just email info@littlebaebaestore.com and we can mark your order priority to process faster + discuss upgrading to faster transit times, if needed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs! Keep in mind, the warehouses don't ship orders on the weekends.
**International shipping time varies depending on where you live but generally around 15-20 business days.
HAVE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE? Read return policy below for eligibility requirements and then email us to request a return: info@littlebaebaestore.com and we will email you back a free return shipping label, if return is approved.

**International orders are Final Sale and returns will not be accepted.
RETURN POLICY:
We personally love all the products we develop for our own Little BaeBae brand and sell from other mama owned brands and want you to love them too! But if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any approved item for a full refund or exchange it. We accept products in the original packaging, UNUSED and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date. Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Once we receive and inspect your return--if approved we will then submit the refund back to your original payment method.

Hi! My name is Megan and with the help of my husband, German, and a small team--we run Little BaeBae Co. My husband and I had our first little baebae, Ella Rose Castillo, over five years ago now and she is who inspired me to start this journey. We also welcomed our little boy, Caden German Castillo, a little over three years ago now and he's also constantly inspiring me during this mompreneur journey!
