Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase date but due to our recent growth spurt please allow up to 5 business days to process some orders before shipping. Once shipped it will arrive in 3-5 business days for all U.S orders.

**During Sales & Holidays,Ā due to higher than normal order volume, please allow up to 5-8Ā business days for processing ordersĀ before they are shipped.

If you need your order by a certain dateā€”just email info@littlebaebaestore.com and we can mark your order priority so it processes faster. Plus, send youĀ expedited shipping quotes, if needed. We will do ourĀ best toĀ accommodateĀ your needs! Keep in mind, the warehouses don't ship orders on the weekends.Ā 

**International shipping time varies depending on whereĀ you live but generally around 15-20 business days.

COVID-19 UPDATE:Ā OurĀ carrier partners USPS and UPS are being inundated with a record high volume of parcelsĀ and haveĀ been experiencing delays on some orders in some areas.Ā Currently, there is no way for Little BaeBae to predict when that will happen orĀ for how long. With this in mind, Little BaeBaeĀ cannot issue refunds on transit time guarantees violated by the carriers. It is a known issue amongst the carriers and a factor beyond our control. Please keep this in mind whenĀ ordering--specially during the Holidays.

To date, Little BaeBaeĀ fulfillment centers have not had issues meeting our fulfillmentĀ promise (see first paragraphĀ above for orderĀ processingĀ times).Ā

HEADQUARTERS & WAREHOUSES INFO

We areĀ headquartered in California and have multiple fulfillment warehouses throughout the USA. Main warehouse locations are California, Florida,Ā Oklahoma, and Utah. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Once they are shipped you will receive anĀ email with the tracking info. Please check your spam folder if you don't get one or contact us (info@littlebaebaestore.com) and we can send you trackingĀ number manually.

NOTE: If you orderĀ multipleĀ products in one order--depending on whichĀ products they could be shippedĀ separately from different warehouses depending onĀ product and inventory stock.

PREORDERS:Ā If you purchase an item on preorder + an in stock item--your order might be allĀ shipped together on theĀ pre-order date listed on the product page. If you wish to receive the IN STOCKĀ item sooner, contact us and we can send you an invoice for theĀ separate shipping cost and get thatĀ itemĀ shippedĀ separatelyĀ for you!

LOST OR DELAYEDĀ PACKAGES

If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact UPS or USPS at 1-800-222-1811.Ā Unfortunately, Little BaeBaeĀ is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order.Ā Please contactĀ your shippingĀ carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Again, we do not issue refunds orĀ replace items in lost packages that show they have been delivered successfully.Ā 

If your tracking shows your package isĀ stuck and not moving while in transit, making a personal claim with UPS or USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim.Ā 

USA SHIPPING PROTECTION: If youĀ purchased the $0.98 USA shipping protection + tracking does NOTĀ show that it was deliveredĀ successfully and you've already filed a claim with UPS or USPS--then email us (info@littlebaebaestore.com)Ā your claim number along with a screenshot of the result email from their investigation into your claim. If the shipping carrierĀ isn't able to find your package and get it back on track thenĀ you will be covered and we will ship you a replacement! We cannot ship your replacement until the shipping carrierĀ has completed their investigation since most of the time the original package is found and delivered.Ā 

*To have your order protected incase there's anĀ unsuccessful delivery with the shipping carrier--make sure the USA shipping protection shows "on"Ā in your cartĀ andĀ double check youĀ see it on your order review as well.

ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:Ā It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enterĀ their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changesĀ as someĀ orders are processed and shipped next day but contact us and we will if your order hasn't shipped yet!Ā 

Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will notĀ be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.Ā If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. ButĀ if you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any approved item for a full refund or exchange it. We accept products in theĀ original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date.Ā Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. Once we receive and inspect your return--ifĀ approvedĀ we will then submit the refund back to your original paymentĀ method.Ā

3. If approved, you'll receive free return shipping label & shipping back instructions via email.

4. Once the returnĀ isĀ received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and accepted or denied. *Returns are only denied, if they go against our return policy and you decided to try and returnĀ anyways.Ā 

5. If approved,Ā refunds will be processed back to original payment method. *It can take up to 10 business days for refunds to show on your end depending on your bank.Ā

LITTLE BAEBAE WARRANTY PROMISE FOR ALL PRODUCTS:

Here at Little BaeBae, weĀ stand behind ALL the different brands/products we sell and if your order arrives with a defect--we will happilyĀ do a FREE warranty exchange! You just need to upload photos showing the defect within 5Ā days from the arrival date andĀ submit a claim at our return center (CLICK HERE) or email the pictures to info@littlebaebaestore.com. EXTENDEDĀ BRAND WARRANTIES:

Little BaeBae Branded Products Warranty - Six month warranty, which covers manufacturer defects. OurĀ warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.Ā But we do stand behind our product 100% so if you have any issues or are not happy with it please contact us (info@littlebaebaestore.com) and we'll do what we can to make you a satisfied customer!Ā 

The Baby'sĀ Brew Warranty -Ā 1 year factory warranty (this warranty is Non-Transferable). If issue can't be troubleshooted and resolved with our customer service--they will approve a warranty exchange and provide you with a FREE return label. Their team will then test the unit to determine if the item is defective and shipĀ you a new one if so.Ā 

Their warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use.Ā If the unit is found defective--they will ship out new warmer to you next day.Ā If no issue is found-- they requireĀ a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the warmer back to youĀ andĀ send recordings and/or images of the tested warmerĀ showing that no issues were found.Ā 
IMPORTANT: They will not ship out the new items until they have tested the returned item. Also, theyĀ don't cover warranty exchanges for purchases made outside of the united states.

TushbabyĀ Warranty -Ā 1 year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. All other productsĀ include a 90-day warranty. Our warranty doesnā€™t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.

Elkie & Co.Ā Warranty - 90 days limited warranty on any bag that you
purchase. They take great pride in creating high quality products that are
functional as well as beautiful. Warranty includes hardware and/or
defects on item purchased. Proof of purchase is required for any
warranty claims, even if it is gifted. Warranty does not cover normal
wear/tear or stains due to proper or improper use. It also does not
include accidents. Warranty is also not valid on products won through
promotional giveaways. Please contact us for any warranty requests.

NanobĆØbĆØ Warranty -Ā Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law. Maintain your receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.

Famokids Warranty -Ā One-Year Limited Warranty to Famokids play mats. If you believe you received a defective play mat, please email info@littlebaebaestore.com to request warranty replacement. Warranty requests are handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any customer who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. TheyĀ do not offer warranty forĀ all international orders. It will be final sale.

GIFTS:

If youĀ received a gift purchased from Little BaeBae--you're able to return approved items (see return policies below) for STORE CREDIT. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, a gift creditĀ will be emailed to you.Ā
