Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase date but due to our recent growth spurt please allow up to 5 business days to process some orders before shipping. Once shipped it will arrive in 3-5 business days for all U.S orders.

**International shipping time varies depending on whereย you live but generally around 15-20 business days.
COVID-19 UPDATE:ย Ourย carrier partners USPS and UPS are being inundated with a record high volume of parcelsย and haveย been experiencing delays on some orders in some areas.ย Currently, there is no way for Little BaeBae to predict when that will happen orย for how long. With this in mind, Little BaeBaeย cannot issue refunds on transit time guarantees violated by the carriers. It is a known issue amongst the carriers and a factor beyond our control. Please keep this in mind whenย ordering--specially during the Holidays.
To date, Little BaeBaeย fulfillment centers have not had issues meeting our fulfillmentย promise (see first paragraphย above for orderย processingย times).ย

We areย headquartered in California and have multiple fulfillment warehouses throughout the USA. Main warehouse locations are California, Florida,ย Oklahoma, and Utah. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Once they are shipped you will receive anย email with the tracking info. Please check your spam folder if you don't get one or contact us (info@littlebaebaestore.com) and we can send you trackingย number manually.
NOTE: If you orderย multipleย products in one order--depending on whichย products they could be shippedย separately from different warehouses depending onย product and inventory stock.
PREORDERS:ย If you purchase an item on preorder + an in stock item--your order might be allย shipped together on theย pre-order date listed on the product page. If you wish to receive the IN STOCKย item sooner, contact us and we can send you an invoice for theย separate shipping cost and get thatย itemย shippedย separatelyย for you!
LOST OR DELAYEDย PACKAGES
If your tracking information has reported a successful delivery but you have not received it, please contact UPS or USPS at 1-800-222-1811.ย Unfortunately, Little BaeBaeย is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the shipping address associated with your order.ย Please contactย your shippingย carrier, as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf. Again, we do not issue refunds orย replace items in lost packages that show they have been delivered successfully.ย
If your tracking shows your package isย stuck and not moving while in transit, making a personal claim with UPS or USPS is the best route to take as many packages will begin moving again within 10 days of making a claim.ย
USA SHIPPING PROTECTION: If youย purchased the $0.98 USA shipping protection + tracking does NOTย show that it was deliveredย successfully and you've already filed a claim with UPS or USPS--then email us (info@littlebaebaestore.com)ย your claim number along with a screenshot of the result email from their investigation into your claim. If the shipping carrierย isn't able to find your package and get it back on track thenย you will be covered and we will ship you a replacement! We cannot ship your replacement until the shipping carrierย has completed their investigation since most of the time the original package is found and delivered.ย
*To have your order protected incase there's anย unsuccessful delivery with the shipping carrier--make sure the USA shipping protection shows "on"ย in your cartย andย double check youย see it on your order review as well.
ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:ย It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enterย their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changesย as someย orders are processed and shipped next day but contact us and we will if your order hasn't shipped yet!ย

We accept products in theย original packaging, unused and in resellable condition within 30 days of their arrival date.ย Any item deemed "used" will be ineligible for return. 4. Once the returnย isย received at our warehouse, it will be inspected and accepted or denied. *Returns are only denied, if they go against our return policy and you decided to try and returnย anyways.ย

EXTENDEDย BRAND WARRANTIES:
Little BaeBae Branded Products Warranty - Six month warranty, which covers manufacturer defects. Ourย warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.ย But we do stand behind our product 100% so if you have any issues or are not happy with it please contact us (info@littlebaebaestore.com) and we'll do what we can to make you a satisfied customer!ย
The Baby'sย Brew Warranty -ย 1 year factory warranty (this warranty is Non-Transferable). If issue can't be troubleshooted and resolved with our customer service--they will approve a warranty exchange and provide you with a FREE return label. Their team will then test the unit to determine if the item is defective and shipย you a new one if so.ย
Their warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance ( ie: taking apart the device) neglect of proper cleaning maintenance, or failure to follow written instructions for use.ย If the unit is found defective--they will ship out new warmer to you next day.ย If no issue is found-- they requireย a $5 re-shipping fee to ship the warmer back to youย andย send recordings and/or images of the tested warmerย showing that no issues were found.ย
IMPORTANT: They will not ship out the new items until they have tested the returned item. Also, theyย don't cover warranty exchanges for purchases made outside of the united states.
Tushbabyย Warranty -ย 1 year product warranty, which covers any manufacturer defects. All other productsย include a 90-day warranty. Our warranty doesnโt cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damages caused by the user.
Elkie & Co.ย Warranty - 90 days limited warranty on any bag that you
purchase. They take great pride in creating high quality products that are
functional as well as beautiful. Warranty includes hardware and/or
defects on item purchased. Proof of purchase is required for any
warranty claims, even if it is gifted. Warranty does not cover normal
wear/tear or stains due to proper or improper use. It also does not
include accidents. Warranty is also not valid on products won through
promotional giveaways. Please contact us for any warranty requests.
Nanobรจbรจ Warranty -ย Once an item is removed from the packaging, the item must be handled through the manufacturer, according to federal law. Maintain your receipt and contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues.
Famokids Warranty -ย One-Year Limited Warranty to Famokids play mats. If you believe you received a defective play mat, please email info@littlebaebaestore.com to request warranty replacement. Warranty requests are handled on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse warranty service to any customer who does not follow recommended product use and care or does not adhere to our warranty policy. Theyย do not offer warranty forย all international orders. It will be final sale.

If youย received a gift purchased from Little BaeBae--you're able to return approved items (see return policies below) for STORE CREDIT. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, a gift creditย will be emailed to you.ย
